The Construct Collective is believed to be both the organization and location where the vast majority of Constructs are made. The exact whereabouts of the Collective are unknown, as the group are notoriously secretive regarding almost all information about themselves. This is to the extent that Constructs leaving the Collective to pursue lives in the outside world must willingly submit to having any memories of the location erased, with very few exceptions existing in the form of the Collective's direct agents. Any attempts to capture these agents for questioning have proven fruitless - Either due to the sheer armaments members of the Collective possess, or from self destruction when neither escaping nor subduing the attackers proves possible.

Despite this, there are still several key points of information gleaned about the Collective. The Collective are largely self-sufficient, with no formal contact with other civlisations having been recorded, yet have are believed to be behind several covert scavenging operations in abandoned Enphunian power facilities, as well as some significantly more bold attacks on organized research facilities. Fatalities in these attacks are minimal, with the Collective seeming to prefer non-lethality even when it would be counter-intuitive to their secrecy.

Any attempts to discover the whereabouts of the Collective have ultimately failed - The area in which they are believed to reside is heavily forested and patrolled by Construct forces, who will forcibly subdue trespassers and leave them in seemingly random locations of the Enphunian nation.

The Collective is also by far and away the most technologically advanced civilisation in Erra to this day, with their resources and material surpassing even Pre-Collapse Ionin. The Constructs themselves are typically too sophisticated for engineers and research teams to properly dissect when specimens are recovered - It is believed that this level of technology may be one of the key reasons the Collective chooses to be so elusive.
